nuztar Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using the nuztar platform. By registering or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nuztar at nuztar.app or using any of its services — including but not limited to sportsbook, slot online, and live casino — you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and nuztar. nuztar reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of the nuztar platform is strictly limited to individuals who are:
- At least 21 years of age (in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations) or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- Residents or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
- Not listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited from accessing gambling services by applicable law.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. nuztar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on nuztar. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nuztar will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep login details secure.
You must notify nuztar immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. nuztar may at its discretion temporarily suspend an account to investigate suspicious activity.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using nuztar, you agree to:
- Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial or fraudulent activity;
- Not attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any game, software, or promotional offer;
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
- Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations regarding online gaming;
- Not use the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes;
- Treat other users and nuztar staff with respect; harassment or abusive behavior is grounds for account termination.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, with or without prior notice.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on nuztar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods approved by nuztar for Philippine users.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Details are available on the Deposit page. nuztar processes withdrawals in a timely manner, subject to verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. nuztar does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at all times. In the event of a disputed transaction, please contact [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference number.
nuztar does not guarantee winnings or financial returns from any game. All deposits are at the user's own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
nuztar provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nuztar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or service interruptions.
All content on nuztar — including logos, graphics, software, game designs, and text — is the intellectual property of nuztar or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without the express written consent of nuztar.
Links to third-party websites, if any, are provided for informational purposes only. nuztar does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
nuztar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion;
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to complete required identity verification;
- Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction.
Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder after deduction of applicable fees or liabilities owed to nuztar, subject to review.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the nuztar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
